Good to know
- Some sectors cannot use a SAS. Since June 2025, SAS companies cannot operate in finance, securities, insurance, strategic sectors or mining. For those, we form a limited liability company or a corporation instead. Source: Primicias, Companies Law reform in force since June 2025.
- Staying in good standing is the hard part. Monthly tax filings, social security and annual corporate reports continue after formation.
